No Return, No Refund Policy

Effective Date: 4/01/2025 At SpillPenComics.com, we take great pride in offering a wide selection of comic books for collectors and fans alike. Due to the nature of collectible items and to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we have a strict No Return, No Refund policy on all comic book purchases, except for new releases.

Policy Details:

• All Sales Are Final
  Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This applies to all comic books sold on SpillPenComics.com, excluding new releases.

• New Releases Exception
  We understand that occasionally issues may arise with new stock. If your new release comic arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Pre-Owned and Back Issues
  All sales of pre-owned, vintage, or back issue comics are final. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact us prior to completing your order.

• No Exchanges or Store Credit on Final Sale Items
  We do not offer exchanges or store credit for any comic book that falls under this final sale policy.

• ACH transfers are accepted here but also fall under the no refund policy due to chargebacks. There has been issues with customers wanting to pay with ACH and then requesting a unauthorized payment once items are picked up or delivered. We provide payment options but have absolutely no control over how you choose to pay so for that reason we will not accept any refunds to protect the integrity of our business.
